Luncheon N.7 – Spring Summer 2019

Amongst the offerings of Luncheon No. 7 are a studio lunch with artist Peter Blake, documented by Mary McCartney, designer Marine Serre speaks with Lucy Kumara Moore in Paris, while Charlie Porter shares a home-cooked lunch with legendary food writer Claudia Roden. Jasper Sharp presents Cabinet of Curiosities, illustrated by Juman Malouf. A tribute to the iconic cook Leah Chase is written by Antwaun Sargent, accompanied by photographs by Elliott Jerome Brown Jr. The issue also includes a portfolio of paintings by Ed Clark with words by Glenn Ligon, and a piece on artist Franz West by Mark Godfrey and Peter Pakesch. Among the fashion stories are Lunch Box, photographed by Hanna Moon and styled by Mattias Karlsson, and Head on a Platter, photographed by Brianna Capozzi and styled by Marie Chaix. The issue closes with a lunch shared between artist Sarah Lucas and chef Margot Henderson, captured by Lars Brønseth.
